WARRANTY

WHAT’S COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

All products imported or distributed by CORRIVEAU OUTDOOR FURNITURE are guaranteed against defects in materials in normal use and the warranty applies only to the original owner. The warranty term is 1 to 5 years depending of the product. For more details, please refer to the warranty card.

It is possible to order replacement parts even if the warranty period is over as long as the parts are in stock.

THE WARRANTY INCLUDES:

  • Broken or defective parts
  • Peeling of paint
  • Structure and rattan unwinds
  • Rust on all Galvalume® or aluminum products
  • Untimely fading of structure or fabric
  • All mechanisms; tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc.

THE WARRANTY EXCLUDES:

The warranty does not cover parts used for commercial ends and fail from inappropriate storage, abusive or unreasonable use, vandalism, use of strong detergents or chemicals, acts of nature (such as but not limited to), freezing, high winds, rust (on all steel products), mildew, oxidation, stains or fading due to normal use, or broken glass. This warranty does not cover transport and wrapping fees for return of goods.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

For any claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase. Photographs or digital images may be required in certain cases. Prior written authorization is required to get a Return Authorization (RA) number; no return accepted without validation. Code number of defective product must appear on the claim.
